Wednesday Dinner

KLM Wednesday Meal

On the flight, I ate the protein and the veges, left the rest. 1 cup of water, 1 cup of tea.

We went round the corner to Ketjil’s kitchen, a small little cutesy type cafe which serves the neighborhood and is full of young people hanging out in groups or on dates. I ordered an oxtail soup which came accompanied with rice. The broth was clear but a bit too salty. The carrots and potatoes were boiled just right though. And an orange juice.
Hubs had a tom yam soup which was disappointing ( chillis and ok broth but accompaniments were mediocre), and a grilled chicken which came lathered in some sort of sauce. The saving aspect of the dish was the steamed vegetables of carrots and long beans on the side.

We were hungry so pretty much polished the plate.
