Thursday Dinner

After that big carnivorous lunch, it was a big vege-fruitarian dinner for me.

Tossed a sliced red pepper, half a purple cabbage and 2 sticks of leek into a pan with 2 segments of sliced black garlic.
Then for dessert, a whole bunch of dukong (very sweet and juicy), 2 pieces of dark chocolate. To drink, 1 cup of cold hawthorn vinigen and 1 cup hot ginger tea.

    • Hi Ida! Black garlic is super aromatic and very tasty. The supermarkets don’t sell it very often so I bought a whole clove and put it in the freezer, just use a bit at a time.
