Sashimi in Brazil… sounds very interesting! Did you have the same fish as I had or was it done in a different style? My husband tells me of all the wonderful ceviches of Peru which is a fusion of sashimi, local herbs and lots of lemon juice which also sounds absolutely heavenly 🙂
Oooh white marlin. I’ve never had that before… here we have different types of white fish, one they call “White tuna”, “yellowtail” and a flat fish which is served thinly sliced and served with a ponzu-spring onion dipping sauce. Delicious and one of my favorites!

We had white marlin… Hummm, ceviche… 😮
