Sunday Brunch

My MIL decided that she wanted to organize brunch at home so we all went over. 6 of us in total and there was quite a feast.

Platters of: Mini red/orange/yellow peppers, round tomatoes on the vine, selection of hard/semi-hard cheeses, a bowl of olives, 4 croissants and 1 blueberry scone, a bittergourd omelette, baked tenderloin, a bowl of strawberries, some beet and capsicum slices.

Drink: orange & grapefruit juice and earl grey tea.

Was stuffed… didn’t need to eat much else today!

  1. I think western food much more healthier compared to Malay food.No deep fried, no coconut milk. And lots of vege selection!!Great!!!

    • Ha ha yeah babe, that’s why people have been talking specifically about mediterranean diets and healthy living. I really think it does make a difference. Deep fried uses too much unhealthy oils and coconut milk is full of saturated compounds and preservatives these days.
But I think the key thing is paleo paleo! Not easy in our lifestyles but gotta strive for it 🙂
