Monday Dinner

Had to drop PUD off at the airport and after that went to Cathay with sis. Shared a hot sandwich with mum and half salted popcorn and nachos. Very naughty. 4 sips of the fanta grape.

Tuesday Breakfast and Lunch

Not very good today.

Breakfast was in the office due to early meeting. Some sandwiches which I took a bite of and immediately put down and rejected the rest.

Lunch was just as disappointing. Downstairs at the restaurant ordered bee hoon cantonese style but it was horrible. I was hungry, ate half and left the rest.

So hungry, will definitely eat heaps tonight.

Naughty Tuesday Dinner

I was feeling strangely hungry at 6.30pm and really had the urge to snack. Devoured a few chicken biscuits and a pack of 3 fruit berry biscuits. Then I ate some almonds and had a ginger tea.

Still hungry hmm. Ate a small serving of tinned fruit (expiring, so didn’t want to waste it) and kept remainder in the fridge.

Then at 10 was still hungry, had a bowl of instant korean Nong Shim noodles (ate three quarters). Not ideal, but didn’t have anything else to cook. Then I had a pear and 2 pieces of chocolate for dessert.

Now having a bit of stomach ache, its either indigestion or just allergy to all the rubbish I ate!

No more junk food tomorrow, not sure why I’m having a sugar crave.

Sweetcorn Bun and Menu

Eeugh. The flight didn’t have any hot food. I was debating between having a cold sandwich, an instant noodle pot or a big bar of chocolate. Given that my tummy really wasn’t very good, I decided on what I thought would be the safest item that wouldn’t send me scrambling for the loo. They gave us a complimentary cup of water and a corn bun.

My stomach still wasn’t settled, so I paid for a small box of Pringles Original Flavor and a Hot Milo.
