Sorry couldn’t join Ida for yoga!

On return we bought some famous Ipoh salt-baked chicken. Had 2/3 of one for dinner (delicious) and a cup of Ida’s red berry tea (yum). Then fruit, 1 apple, 1 orange, 2 jambu.

So tonight it was pure protein, fruit infusion and then fibre! Very paleo!
